SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please understand that all Little Dove Creations are handcrafted here in Pennsylvania by me. All  shipped items are wrapped individually with padding and then placed in strong boxes and insured. Care card instructions are also included.

 

Each custom item can take up to 10 days to design, produce, and be packaged to ship or pick up.  Please keep this and shipping time in mind when placing your order if needed by a specific date.

RETURNS

CUSTOM ORDERS: Due to the custom nature of these items, returns are not accepted. Before your product is handcrafted, you will be sent a proof for approval. Once the proof is approved by you, no further changes can be made. ​

NON-CUSTOM ORDERS:  If the item is NOT personalized, and could be resold, returns are accepted with a 10% restocking fee. The cost of shipping back to Little Dove Creations will be paid by the customer. Once the item is received by Little Dove Creations and is in undamaged and re-sellable condition, the customer will be refunded minus the 10% restocking fee.

If the item is returned damaged, no refund will be given. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every product is shipped with tracking and insurance.    If your item arrives damaged, Little Dove Creations will assist you in filing a claim with the postal service.
